Today I am thankful for modern medicine and medical insurance. I have a friend who has been in Children's Hospital with her baby for 11 of the past 12 days. Wow.
I am so grateful that when we think our baby had whooping cough (she didn't! whew!), we could take her to the doc and $15 later feel better that she just had a cold.
I am grateful that when we're sick, we can get better. Our bodies are amazing. I'm glad I have one!
